Grand Opening!!

We have officially been open for business for just over a week now!! Considering this is our first blog entry, I thought it would be a good idea to tell you a little bit about our business and what we offer, as well as let you know what you can expect to see here in the future.

To start. Who is Trinus?

Trinus Technologies as a company is nothing new and has been around for over 10 years. Traditionally, we have catered to the small/large business IT community providing full server, workstation and laptop solutions with networking and support. The company also has its hand in software and web design/ hosting. This area of the company specializes in data management software catering to larger clients.

What is the Trinus Computer Centre?

The Trinus Computer Centre represents the newest section of the company and has just opened up shop in Stony Plain. The focus of the Trinus Computer Centre is to provide possessional computer support to the local residents by the presence of a retail store/service shop. This new shop is tailored specifically for consumers rather than businesses (which are still handled by the IT services department) and offer full service and new computer options. What it translates to is that if your home computer is broken, needs a tune up or replacement, the Trinus Computer Centre can help with that.

Who am I?

I am Kevin White (the face of all retail centered operations), son of Dave White, one of the companies original founders. I handle all of the retail based repairs and services and I am the one that you talk to if you are interested in a new computer or just have questions about your current one. I am the newest edition to the Trinus family and I am also the youngest employee to ever work for Trinus. And most importantly, I am the one who will be attempting to keep up this blog!

Ok, so why does Trinus have a blog?

One thing that Trinus Computer Centre offers is the ability to custom order a high performance computer, for video/ photo editing, but most specifically for extreme gaming. I am a big PC gamer myself and I love to spend my time tweaking away at my computers and making the best and fastest computers out there. I will be using this blog mostly to update news related to the PC gaming community, as well as providing small tech tips that you can use to keep your games running to its fullest. I will start off a little basic, but I would love to hear some feedback as to any questions you may have or tips you would like to see relating to PC gaming. I will also be doing some videos in the future to show case some of the latest products as well as compare some of the advantages PC gaming has over console gaming.
